Teaching Assistant
Commencing September 2026.
19 hours per week (Monday – Friday 8:45 - 12pm plus 1 afternoon 1pm – 3:45pm)
£13.05 to £13.26 per hour
Believing and achieving together to be the best we can be! This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our supportive team at Tipton St John Primary School!
Ideally, you will have teaching assistant experience although this post would also suit someone new to the role as full training can be provided. You will need to be hard working, caring and enthusiastic, keen to support the emotional and learning needs of individual children and willing to go the extra mile to motivate and inspire children. The role involves supporting individuals or small groups to access the curriculum and experience a sense of achievement and it is likely that you will gain experience in different classes. You will require a good standard of English and Maths and be an excellent communicator.
